Collared dresses and colored prints
A Fall trend are collared prints combined with bold colored dresses and shirts. I want to showcase this lovely jade collared dress from Mulberry:

Designers, Shoes and Coats
The designers I choose are Sass and Bide, Christian Dior, Vivienne Westwood, and Mulberry.
I will use all the different colored "v" shape ankle boots in Sass in Bide's Fall 2011 collection in the shoot to subtly match the models' nail polish. I love this collection's bold colors, layering and high slit dresses. I will choose the following pieces from their collection to showcase the colors and layering that amazed me in their Fall 2011 collection. I liked that the versatility of Sass and Bide's pieces.
Another coat I will include in the shoot is from Christian Dior:
A Vivienne Westwood coat that will match with the Tibetan theme:
Hair and makeup
The hair and makeup will be black liner with gold effervescent eyeshadow and a mod pink lip. The models' hair will be long, loose and slightly curled. Their nails will be painted nude with red tips and black with gold tips shaped like a "v" (inspired by Jason Wu and Monique Lhuillier). All models will wear black chokers (inspired by and attributed to Michael Kors) to bring all the looks together for the shoot.
Fall 2011 Fashion Report
Fall fashion week showcased trends such as metallics, layering, neutrals, florals, furs and patterned dresses. My personal take for Fall 2011 from these styles are 60s and 70s colors, random prints, collared dresses, furs and layering.
I would love to focus on color and structure on the cover of my magazine in an area that is vibrant and vast. I choose Tibet for the location of my shoot because the color palette in the prayer flags and architecture of Tibet compliment the clothes I want to shoot. I also like the vastness of the grasslands in Tibet and the backdrop of doing a shoot against a crisp blue sky with picturesque clouds.
